EveryBody Fit Classes
Research shows that people who work out on their own are less likely to stick at it than those who work out in a group. Everybody Fit have taken this on board and created an exercise studio with a full class timetable that will motivate you every step of the way.
Some of our Preston based classes include;
Hatton Boxing for Fitness* - 45 minute workout targeting all aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular, muscular strength & endurance, stamina, coordination and power.
Kettlercise - Kettlebell group workout targeting the whole body.
Circuit Training - Bodyweight and weighted fitness class working on all components of fitness.
Metabolic Effect* - 20 minute dumbbell based workout designed to test you to your fitness limits.
Metabolic Transformation* - A combination of weights and bodyweight exercises to take you out of your comfort zone and challenge mentally and physically.
PowerWave* - 20 minute all over body workout using the patented PowerWave bag.
Meta PWR* - 20 minute circuit training HiiT workout using minimal functional equipment but getting maximal results.

Each week the classes are specifically programmed to compliment each other. Whether it be for fat loss, toning or strength. Each class will work on a different component of fitness. Attendance and consistency at the classes will deliver the results you desire. Numbers in classes are capped to allow our personal trainers to focus more on individual technique and push you to your limits in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
