Claire has a passion for well being and aims to help you feel comfortable in your yoga practice. After completing her 200 hour Yoga Training in 2016 with Yoga London she went on to teach yoga in the UK and on retreats in Sri Lanka, Spain and Indonesia. She is also a trained primary school teacher and children’s yoga teacher.
Claire teaches vinyasa flow, hatha and restorative yoga. Her classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and are designed to complement the other classes at EveryBody Fit. Not only does yoga improve flexibility and build muscle strength, it encourages you to be more aware of the mind which is essential for your health and fitness goals.
