Remote Personal Training
This is a programme written by one of our Personal Trainers with your goals in mind. The sessions can be completed in any gym. Workouts will be tracked using our Personal Training app.
Semi - Private Personal Training
Making Personal Training affordable. You will be grouped with others of similar ability and goals. The groups will be between 2 and 4 people. The workouts will be suitable for all individuals and progress will be tracked and monitored throughout the sessions.
